I am a healthy-thin weight (like a size 8, medium), have no gray hair and don't dye my hair - it's cut in a long bob, use sunscreen regularly and have very few wrinkles, get good sleep. I keep up with clothing trends but don't overdo that.
But I agree that it's mainly heredity and your perceived lifestyle.
Unless you are very tall, size 8 is not thin, ever, never, ever ever.
DP. At 5'9 a size 8 puts me in healthy/thin. When I'm a 6, people try to feed me.
Obnoxious. I’m also 5’9 and wear size 8 pants but smaller shirt sizes and dress sizes and I’m thin, like people comment I wish I were skinny like you thin. Like previous poster, if I slim down even more people think I’m sick or ask me to eat.
Size 8s look fine and healthy but it's not thin. I've been a 2 for the last 20 years -- I feel thin. People don't try to feed me, I just look fit. For the 6 months post partum with my second kid, I needed to buy pants that were more like a 6/size 27 waist and I did not feel thin.
