its always "funny" listing to the PD saying why they think he should get out, I know its part of their job and he didn't have a chance but still

I never understand what happens to the bond money, do they give it back if they show up? I still think in most cases they should either be Held without Bond or release, It always varies case by case for sample someone who is charge with MURDER should NEVER be giving bond

Bail is a refundable deposit if you appear in court.

Bond is a non-refundable fee (~10% of bail) you pay to a private insurer, who pays your bail for you.

The only info I can find is that he had a hearing on October 27, (the article was posted October 6 and said the hearing was pending). I can't find any article from after the hearing with what happened at the hearing.
