Harry has always wanted a more "quiter more subdued role".
Hence his exile (although why they chose LA leaves all of us wondering...).

Yes, I thought they were going to go to Canada. LA is not what comes to mind when I think “Quiet” and “private.”

Although Montecito — about 100 miles from LA might be closer to what comes to mind for many people when they think “quiet and private”.

MONTECITO and LA are quite different from each other. (Caps are for the benefit of the OP who wonders “why they chose LA”. They didn’t. Although I can imagine several reasons why they might. )

Montecito is 90 miles from LA. Meghan was photographed hiking in the woods in Canada so that could still happen anywhere. If everyone who hates Meghan stops paying attention to them, they’ll stop publishing stories about them.

No one ever mentions the kids and how they factor into the family unit. I just think NO WAY will Harry want to separate the family unit. Not after his family life, I think he is going to fight to keep the family together until the kids are older.

I grew up there…it’s long been where all the celebrity/would be celebrities go when they want to pretend like they’re seeking a break from the spotlight but are actually still craving attention…decades before anyone had ever heard of Megan Markle
