It was an illegal appointment. Everyone knows you cannot appoint a justice in the last year of a President's term. She should be impeached and removed. If that's not possible, they should make the Supreme Court 1000000 justices. all Democrats except for 6 because that's where our democracy is headed.

The perjury is in signing documents testifying to their completeness, when, they weren't.

Actually, this isn't true. It was a fully legal appointment. The issue is the hypocrisy of the GOP in holding Merrick Garland's appointment and then slamming this through.

But, if the full Senate moves on a committee action that was out of order, that fully degrades the Senate and its rules. That is ALL on McConnell.

We learned from Trump that whatever the President says is the truth, so I'll wait for the next President to tell me what to think, assuming I agree with it.

This will be a close one, but I'm leaning Barrett. A constitutional law professor who can't speak fluently about the first article and scholarship on racial discrimination, among other essential legal matters? Pretty damn incompetent.
