The question is where will Arya show up next. Will she go after Cersei at KL or return to Winterfell upon hearing that Jon and Sansa are alive.

She was definitely eyeing Jaimie.

And speaking of Jaimie who doesn't love Ser Bronn. I do.

I thought it was known there were only going to be 13 more episodes, split into two seasons?

But he's in KL.

Arya is going to play a huge role next season! Arya loves Jon and dislikes Sansa. I hope Arga doesn't have to chose between the two of them. She would certainly chose Jon.

And for those of us who never read the books and can hardly remember all the details of each season, there's a good bit of filler and backstory there explaining all the machinations.

This was really helpful, thanks. I had somehow completely forgotten that Littlefinger started the whole thing by convincing Lysa Arryn (Cat's sister) to have her husband John Arryn killed, which set in chain that whole series of events ending up with Ned's beheading. For some reason I still had it in my head that Cersei had orchestrated John Arryn's killing because he had figured out that her kids were not Robert Baratheon's and he was finding all of Baratheon's bastards to line them up for the throne instead.

He was at the table with Ser Bronn during the dinner Waldo Frey was having. She was in disguise as a maid/servant and eyeing him... Did you watch the show?

Why was it so important to lure Maester Pycel into the crypt and kill him separately away from the other people?

Ditto Lancel Lannister -- and why was Lancel distracted from rounding up Cersei by seeing a little kid wander into the crypt? It didn't really make sense to me. Oh, I've been ordered to round up Cersei for her trial, but there's a little kid wandering into the crypt, so I think I'll go investigate.

Why put Lancel in the crypt with the wildfire? Just to psychologically torture him?

Who were the kids? Street kids? Little birds?

I think Pycelle was perhaps either too decrepit to make it to the Great Sept for the trial or was meant to stay with and then accompany King Tommen, so they had to get him at the Red Keep. Lancel, though, was an accident, which is why there was only one Little Bird to get him (versus the dozen that got the old man Pycelle). Lancel was never supposed to leave the Great Sept; he just left because he was told to go fetch Cersei. He just happened to see the little kid, then went after him. Now, why he went after the little kid, when the High Sparrow wanted him to get Cersei, I don't know.

The Pycelle scene was similar to one of the final scenes in the last book, when Varys reappears for the first time with a bunch of little birds, to kill Kevan Lannister (and succeeds). Apparently Kevan was doing too good of a job in running the kingdom, as Tommen's hand, and Varys instead wanted Cersei running things into the ground, to make way for Daenerys.

Not the quoted poster, but STOP WRITING THAT, it is rude & not helpful. Not everyone remembers every scene of the show & this is not a dedicated GoT chat board. If you have such a hardon for the show go find one of those boards.

Different P here. Yes, J was with B at the Twins, but then J&B left to head back to KL, their work at Riverrun having been successfully completed and Edmure delivered back to Walder Frey's warm embrace. Jamie arrived at KL at the end of the show, then witnessed Cersei being crowned.

So J is at KL. Arya? A man does not know.

But Jaime is not on Arya's kill list, correct? Cersei is, but I didn't think Jaime was on it.
