Not really how sports work. |
Impressive win by SSSAS. They are the clear favorite now for the ISL. Having seen all of the top 4 this year, SSSAS was the most dynamic and athletic. Anything can happen in the playoffs, but I think the Saints are now #1:
1. SSSAS 2. SR 3. Potomac 4. Visitation |
Looks about right to me. But has SR or Visi played Potomac?? |
Saints depth wins out again. They don’t have the Best player on the field but have the most talented team in both of these games. Visi will be a tough matchup also. If Saints play like they did in these past two games they should be able to take win. |
That's irrelevant. Please just stop with the Potomac overhype. This season will be like every other--they will not be top in ISL. Probably 4th. |
Saints have beaten 7 teams with a .500 record or higher
Stone Ridge have beaten 5 Potomac have beaten 3 Good Counsel have beaten 3 Visi have beaten 3 |

Saints defense really came through in that game. Their goalie was absolutely on fire! Saints dominated the draw. The Saints' offense was atrocious almost cost them the game. There were a lot of missed passes, noticeable trouble seeing open teammates, and difficulty handling the defensive pressure. It's a shame they didn't get the GC and Bullis transfers they were hoping for. The Yorktown tranfer was a great add. My money is still on Visi & SR. |
They are winning. They have 14 college commits in the team. So many that committed girls don’t even start. What transfers could they need. |
Agree that Saints offense did not look great yesterday but neither did SR. SR clearly has their girls that they want scoring and when they cant, it makes it hard to put points up. The Saints played smart offense as the game got closer towards the end. |
Saints were better than SR yesterday and it showed.
Better coached too. |

Flint Hill ranked 10th in VISAA poll. TJ doing a good job turning that program around. |
