But Hamas doesn’t directly engage the Israeli Army. Hamas attacks Israeli civilians, especially children, and then hides behind and beneath Palestinian civilians, especially children. Yet you think they are heroic.

The settlers are awful. The ultra-orthodox are awful. Netanyahu is awful.

The vast majority of Israelis would agree with all of that. But it's a parliamentary system. You can become PM with 23 percent of the vote and build a coalition to get to 50. Israelis have been regretting that ever since. It's been political mayhem for the past year or so, particularly over the judiciary. And it's one of the reasons Hamas was able to successfully launch their massacre. Israel let their guard down because of politics. There will be a reckoning in Israel eventually.

But it's not happening today. Hamas did what it did. The political gamesmanship is done for now. But don't think for a minute that Israelis collectively love Netanyahu or the nutcase settlers. And there is huge resentment against the ultra-orthodox, who are exempted from serving in the IDF. Now that there's killing going on, some have signed up. But the ultra-orthodox that you see in the videos are about 15 percent of the population. There are far more Israeli Arabs, with about 25 percent of the population, than there are ultra-orthodox

Politics in Israel is a giant mess. But the attacks on 10/7 put every Israeli on the same page. It's a war against extermination. And they'll put aside the politics and fight.

Israel is killing a huge number of Palestinian children. Either Israeli intelligence believe the children are running Hamas or … they just want to kill Palestinian babies, toddlers, preschoolers, young children and teenagers.
