| Bill Barr forgot to withdraw the original Stone sentencing memo! |
| Crabb appears to be defying Barr in asking Judge Berman-Jackson to apply the enhanced guidelines because of the threats made to Credico. |
|
DOJ seems to know Stone is going to get a pardon, so there is no reason not to be heavy handed here.
What a waste. There was no reason for Barr to intervene and thus for the 4 attorneys to resign from the case. |
Judge Jackson seems to be finding that each of the sentencing enhancements apply. Although she started the hearing with

Jackson says the House Intelligence Committee's Russia probe was stymied because of Stone. His obstruction, she says, "led to an inaccurate, incomplete and incorrect report."
That is quite an indictment of Devin Nunes. |
| ABJ is gonna throw the book at Stone. Keeps referencing the death threats made to Credico and his little dog. |
She's probably mindful of the death threats made against her, too. |
| Judge Jackson says on Roger Stone's obstruction of justice "this is intolerable to the administration of justice and the court should not sit idly by, shrug its shoulders and say well that is just Roger being Roger." |
| Woah, the DOJ Attorney representing the prosecution is throwing Barr under the bus. Refuses to dispute the original sentencing memo and claims they are not withdrawing. |
| Crabb throws Barr under the bus. |

Now ABJ is getting to the meat of the matter
Crabb is up to speak for the government. ABJ: “I fear that you know less about the case, saw less of the testimony, and saw less of the exhibits than just about any other person in this courtroom” (with the possible exception of Stone’s new attorney who just joined the team) ABJ quizzing Crabb on the initial sentencing memo. Did it get up to the US Attorney? Yes, Crabb said. ABJ: Did it have to go up to Main Justice? Crabb: There were consultations with Main Justice. ABJ: Did they receive the approval? Crabb: My understanding is "there was a miscommunication between the Attorney General and the United States Attorney," as to the AG's expectations on an appropriate filing Doesn't have further details. Crabb: There was nothing in bad faith with the initial prosecution team’s recommendation. ABJ: It’s not about bad faith. It was fully consistent with current DOJ policy, wasn’t that true? Crabb: Yes ABJ: With respect to the second filing — you signed it. Did you write it? Crabb: I’m not at liberty to discuss the internal deliberations in DOJ. ABJ: Were you directed to write it by someone else? Crabb: I can’t answer. |
Barr is a lame duck. His attorneys are straight up ignoring him. Good for the AUSAs!!!! |
