Reading the letter, Chad Ricardo needs to get some new sources. His reporting was WAY off. Letter is clear. School received it. A ban. Violations.

And Hayfield has to be cooked. What could have possibly been said in appeal that would have VHSL say, yes, we had all the proof, we ruled violations, we put them on probation and did 2 year post-season ban, but after a delightful call with the coach and his staff, we realized it was all good so play on!

The fact ban didn’t extend to regular football season is the gift for the kids from VHSL so they can still play. And coach’s crew must have done dirty work or would have suspended coach too as they did other coach in prior cases where coach cannot do summer training and/or a number of games.

Oh, I think coach was driving force behind all of it, but VHSL must not have had the smoking gun evidence they needed with his name on emails, etc. to separately sanction him (suspend from games or something else). Agree he led the show and that bigger hit to him is not being able to go to state so even if didn’t have evidence to suspend him, he gets stung.

Nah, I’m just someone in the KNOW of how he worked moved and treated people and kids, but this is only about him because he’s a sore loser and one of the many coaches that have it out for I error because it potentially strengthens them because they lose if he’s around

You guys are the ones stalking Hayfields team and the players on the roster. Posters have mentioned other teams doing the same thing. Stalk those teams players and rosters and you will find what you are looking for if you want to find it.

Idk. Battlefield is strong and could be the last team standing. I actually think Battlefield had a better chance of winning it all than Hayfield.

As a fan, I was looking forward to seeing Hayfield, Battlefield, and Madison clash with the best Richmond, and Tidewater teams. It’s a shame that the haters had to get involved.

A lot of non Hayfield people were looking forward to those matchups. I do believe it all would've remained under the radar if the team moms hadn’t stated fighting. If the one team mom had given up her position quietly and accepted the new team culture, we would be none the wiser.

But now her kid gets playing time in the postseason for SoCo. So I guess she’s having the last laugh as they say.
