I don't really care about whether or not the OP is arrogant. That hhas nothing to do with rooting for the players and thinking that it's nice to hear about their success.

FCV parents have done this repeatedly and then cry bully.

So step one, don't post about winning something you have yet to win.

Step two, let people decide to praise or not praise. You don't need to start a thread crying for such praise.
