What does a dirt bike cost? DC should pick a stretch of road somewhere in a 'hood, dump a ton of recycled concrete or gravel or whatever there, shape it into dirt moguls, and let t anyone with a dirt bike have at it. We close a lot of vehicle lanes for bicycles, so there is a precedent here.

And who says no one else is concerned about reckless driving in other vehicles in DC? You are setting up strawman arguments that no one made. This post was about an incident that happened recently and keeps happening over and over with no resolution in sight. Anyone recklessly driving through DC is getting a ticket and no one would complain.
