More than 100 dirt bikes and ATVs ride through DC with impunity

No one had to see anything as far as what happened that day.
All folks gotta do is peep the slideshow of 400+ suspects caught on camera riding those illegal bikes, dirt bikes and ATVs around the city and help identify any of them.
$250 reward not for seeing what happened just for recognizing a face in a picture.

You must not live in DC. No one is snitching. Not for $250. They have had people murdered in broad daylight on busy streets and "no one saw anything."

I doubt this guy lives in DC or his neighbor's will pop him for a tip. Time to start chatting on your rolodex to Mary Sue. Her son and a ton of others are in trouble.

Even for the ones wearing baklavas...the bikes and atvs are very distinctive. With $1,000s worth of work. People know who they are.

Also why is this one wearing a camera? Where did he upload the video to?

Another distinctive bike. I bet a hundred people in Charlottesville or Annandale have seen this pretty pink bike somewhere.

Excuse me but it is indeed possible for DC residents to be responsible citizens who aren't embedded in "thug life" culture.
Not everybody is afraid to alert authorities and not everybody is bound by some creed that prevents them from snitching.

AND

Excuse me but it is indeed possible for someone to be recognized by people other than "their homies".
Not everybody knows one of those ATV-riders as "Pookie" or "Ray-Ray"...some people may very well recognize that boy who works at the Home Depot by the Metro or the recently departed Mrs. Johnson's nephew, etc.

F** you and F** your stereotypes that prevent you from seeing the full range of personalities and predilections that exist among DC residents.

DP. Sure it’s possible but it isn’t probable. And your use of vulgarity definitely signals that you aren’t likely a “responsible citizen.”

Really? Are cops responsible citizens? Do cops curse? Are firefighters responsible citizens? Do firefighters curse? Are teachers responsible citizens? Do teachers curse?
Could go on and on ya know...

Who can we blame for that?

Obviously Trump. But who else?

Mayors are to blame for the death of this eight year old senseless murder. Time to let cops do their jobs and get the thugs off the streets.
