OP, you would have to really not care what anyone else thinks, ever - and rationally, that is impossible. A twenty plus age difference WILL be noticed and judged, like it or not. And yeah, the term gold digger will probably be used, especially if there are notable difference in the couple (which is a given, with such a large age delta). It just looks creepy and weird and suspicious. Since you asked.
