Lost 6 lbs in 10 days - overweight - here is what I did.

Good for you. I don't eat after working out (example: orangetheory, run 4 miles, or lift weights). It's worked well for me to just shower and relax after without taking in any more calories.

Update on rhodiola. I am pp that just got it three days ago, and it is day three on it. Fist day I wasn't sure if it was espresso I had or rhodiola. I think this is an energy booster. It worked yesterday for me. I took it in the morning instead of coffee, I had a long day with driving 3 hours and then back at night 3 hours back home. Didn't need my coffee. I was worried about driving back starting at 8pm and all that rain, so I took it, and I drove with no issue and no regular brain fog that I have. I wasn't really hungry till 6pm. I think I am more prone to think there is something to it, as I am from Eastern Europe, but not from Russia. I found this online:
