I think weight has to do more with emotions
Of course if you eat healthy and work out it’s gealthy
But I think it’s more of how your relationships are
Do you love your job?
Are you feeling sad or depressed or overwhelmed?
All these emotions and more affect our self esteem
Do you sleep well?
Have a good relationship with partner?
I saw a Dr once on tv that said this , weight is related to our emotions

I disagree. There’s only so much fillers can do. Women over a certain age who lose too much weight age themselves immensely. Had they just kept on a few more pounds, they would’ve had natural fillers & their faces would look more youthful. Skinny gaunt is not attractive. Nor is the disproportionated puffer fish face loaded with fillers that doesn’t match the body.

Yeah---I have finally come to realize that French actress Catherine Deneuve was right---there's an age at which a woman needs to choose between her ass or her face---your face will stay more youthful looking if you are not rail thin.

Eat nothing. And then when you feel like you're about to pass out, eat a tiny cube of cheese!

Nice try, but I'm not fat. And I can chime in to any thread I want. The suggestions here are mostly unhealthy and many women chime in just to brag about themselves. It's pathetic.

Truth hurts, eh?

I stay thin mostly because I am a clean eater (mostly fish and loads of veggies everyday), I lift weights twice a week, yoga twice a week and I don't drink (although I occasionally have a glass if I'm cooking with wine or when out to dinner) but I do have an edible occasionally on the weekend.

My DH is surrounded all day by very attractive accomplished doctors, nurses, and administrators. I am pretty secure in my marriage, but I will own that my innate competitiveness with these other women is sometimes a driving factor.

What is an “edible”?

Food with marijuana/THC in it, gummies are my favorite, I've started making my own.
