I literally just got goosebumps THINKING of the finale. Love it. |
Lucky you! I'm no where near finished. If anyone finds another venue to watch through please let us know. |
You can buy it on DVD or Amazon video. |
Oh I know it's available for purchase. I should have added the word "free".

The Post magazine just had a short thing on FNL, on the 13th anniversary of the premiere:

It’s free on Amazon Prime now! I just discovered it several weeks ago and just finished the whole series. Loved it, especially seasons 1 and 4. |
OMG THANK YOU! Now I need to figure out what season/episode I'm on. I know what I'm doing later tonight.

| Yay, glad I could pass on that info! Enjoy. I’m sitting here feeling sad I can’t keep watching and thinking about what happened to all the characters. |

I grew up in depressed small town NC, and this show really hit home. Football was way more important in the school than academics, and for a lot of poor white and AA boys, it was going to be their ticket out. Play for UNC, then the NFL, buy mom a house— that was the dream. They had nothing else going for them. It was sad. And yes, My HS was State football champs two of the 4years I was there, and the game was played at UNC.
It’s what possed me off so much about the UNC athletic scandal. I knew some great kids who sacrificed so much to go to Flagship State U and play football. Virtually none made it to the NFL. And they left College with a high risk of CTE and no education. So, they never really got out. |
