Nope. It was not someone else’s fault. http://www.tmz.com/2015/02/19/bruce-jenner-video-car-accident-blame-crash-fault/ http://www.nydailynews.com/entertainment/gossip/bruce-jenner-dodge-manslaughter-charge-crash-article-1.2171873 |

I think the admission that he was taking hormones in the 80s does take away my fear that this is just a stunt.
Still think there is some element of attention seeking, but whatever - at least all the weird plastic surgery makes more sense now. |
| I am questioning his judgment - wondering how he will EVER be able to fit into his favorite black dress. |
yes Yes, he did. And now he's been resurrected as Belinda Jenner - femme fatale. |
Omg, are you okay? You seem really invested in this. Why are you so upset? She isn't hurting you at all. |
| I thought the interview made him come across as a genuine person. He isn't the attention seeking person I thought he was. Saying he doesn't socialize and golfs alone makes me think that Kris is the one who orchestrated everything. He was on hormones and had breasts when they met. She knew this. I bet he truly loved her and was probably attracted to her outgoing personality (since he is admittedly shy and more of a loner). She brought him back in the limelight and shored up his finances. On KUWTK she constantly criticized him for being boring. He's not boring...he's just a regular homebody. He also seemed to be the primary caregiver to his young girls (carpools, making lunch, etc). He seems like a family guy who wants a normal life. To blend in. I feel bad that he's alone. He lives alone, but he seems like the type who would prefer to have his family around. He even said that he and Kris would probably still be together if she were cool with his transition. |

Maybe his steroid misuse when he was young caused this
He is a lesbian woman, but claims he is heterosexual He is mentally ill I think |
| Interesting. The negative comments are being deleted. |
Ya think?? |
I had the same reaction. I watched thinking it would be one big train wreck, but it was a very affecting show. I'm old enough to remember Bruce Jenner in 1976 and his status as a superhero. I can't imagine anyone would risk that legacy as a pure publicity stunt. Plus, as the PP said, he's been working on this for a very long time. His older kids were awesome--he raised them well. |
| I posted earlier. Can anyone provide a link to the interview, if it's available for free online? I can only find short clips. |
Agreed. When the oldest said how proud he was and that this was his biggest accomplishment, I teared up a little bit. I can only imagine how happy Bruce was in that exact moment. |
| One of the best parts was when he told the story about Kanye convincing Kim why she should support Bruce. Kanye said something like,"I can have the most beautiful wife and child, but I can't be happy if I can't be myself." Of course he's right. I was just surprised that Kanye is the sensitive sage of the Kardashians. |
| I am sure that transitioning is difficult, and wish him all the best in that. I understand why he wants to make his transition public to help other people and raise awareness. I don't understand, however, why he agreed to be on Keeping up with the Kardashians. Putting your day to day life on display for people to see on television seems really weird and attention seeking to me. |
After watching the interview, I think he did KUWTK to make his wife and kids happy and to shore up his finances as well as his own. If you ever saw him on KUWTK, it's clear that he's not an egotistical person who craves the limelight. |
