Can you MRA trolls just decide to meet each other at the bottom of the ocean or something? |
I'm with you. I don't think he did it unless he had some sort of psychotic break. |
While it's fairly likely he did it, there is an interesting theory about his son. That is the only other person who would make any sense given the DNA evidence. |
Really? A theory? SMDH. |
Didn't that make you wonder or ask about her? Maybe she wasn't out and about because she had bruises or injuries and didn't want to field questions from neighbors? |
| Any updates on this case? Feel so sad for that woman and those children. Anyone on this board who knew her? |
|
Still no arrest in this case. It's been eclipsed locally by the high-profile DC case, but I'm still thinking about this woman and her children, and hoping that DNA results will eventually lead to an arrest.

Within the last year, a guy who was in prison stepped forward saying he killed Nicole Simpson. OJ Simpson had hired him to do it. Don't know what came from that though. http://m.huffpost.com/us/entry/2159608 |

I do find the paucity of news about this case odd. How long does it take to get DNA results back?

Or she suffered from depression..... |
It's really variable, and can depend on things like the backlog at the lab, the priority of the case, and the samples themselves - how many, the quality, the type - which can dictate the type of DNA testing that is performed. Hairs were mentioned in this case, and hairs (unless they contain the root) are notoriously hard to get high-statistic DNA profiles from. Given that the police still consider the victim's husband a suspect in this case, my guess is they're taking their time to test the evidence thoroughly and build the best possible case prior to an arrest. If the husband is, in fact, the killer, then he's likely not a danger to anyone else - which means that taking their time to get things right doesn't put anyone else in danger. |
| There has been an update in the case, news reported police executed a search warrant on the ex-husbands house today |

| Thanks! This case has haunted me. |
Most cases like this point to a person that was familiar to the victim. This is what I expected they would find out. |
