Yep, 3 teachers came out with projects so they can just coast through to the end of the year with no teaching.

I am not OP and a HS teacher. I had told students in the past they were given a fluff project up boost the grade - only when it was true . I hated those end of the year projects but lost the fight to other teachers on CT who 1) wanted to not do any teaching/grading for the month after AP exam was done and2) wanted to give everyone an easy A so that grads are fixed to make sure no students and parents would be asking for those dreadful end of the year teacher parent conferences and extra credit opportunities and whatnot
