I'm curious specifically about u12 boys

Outside of club- DS got an offer on the field at the first tryout.

Please stop lying to people…U10 and U11 top 3 team offers for girls have been out for weeks…if you haven’t gotten an offer by now you will get an offer for teams 4-6 sometime next week. Only way you’ll get an offer for team 4 (white) is if the ones that already got theirs decline so you are more then likely looking at team 5 or 6 if at all

outsider players got offer on the field at the first tryout. Followed up by an email next day. After second tryout, offers were sent out two days after for the most. If you have not received an offer two days after final tryout, you are on the bubble. wait for first picks to decline the offer.

This is just not true for U12 girls. Pre-Academy is gone, but there are still offers coming out for Red on down.

The way you say “top 3 team” makes it obvious you know little about Arlington’s system, bc it is more of a top 2 teams and then everyone else system.

My DD u10 got an offer for red 2 days after the first girls tryout and we accepted. Her school friend got an offer for u11 white Wednesday night (is not sure they will take it and is speaking to another nearby club) and one of her friends that is switching clubs still went to tryouts and got a u10 white offer right after the 2nd tryout

i feel ok saying this now, my U12 DD got a red team offer 2 weeks ago and her teammate bestie got a white team offer last week

It sounds the girls are farther along than the boys. We know many kids who will be on teams that are not blue or black who have not received offers.

For girls who will be U11 or U12 next year, offers for PA1 and PA2 are out. Offers for Red, White, Blue and Black should be out soon.

This was our experience too. They wasted no time in locking us in. I think Arlington players should let coaches know they are shopping around to put fire under them. Unless the best Arlington players got offers before tryouts. Someone on here should post if they experienced this.
