Or Len Bias' mom. |
Love it. And, to think, I woke up this morning with no idea that I would be reminded of that there show. |
| DS is a Junior and I was totally surprised to hear coke was popular with college kids. Frat and finance bros are the worst offenders per my kid. |
The comment about “good kids smoking cigarettes?!?!” was unintentionally hilarious |
Do you think people are drunk and high 24/7? It’s called a “weekend warrior,”babes. Not to be attempted by anyone over the age of 25. |
| Very common unfortunately. |
Well, however long they spend high/drunk, they’re clearly not very smart now, are they. |
Things aren’t quite that black and white. |
| Penn freshman home for Thanksgiving break reports tons of cocaine use, more among guy friends and said all of the NYC/LA crowd is very into coke and does it all the time. Really scary to hear. We talked about how it can be laced or kill you in one time and I really hope it sunk in. |
She said nothing about how vaping has been established to be bad for you? |
| Let’s be honest. This is our demographic. Bizarre that so many people on here are shocked. |

Very scary story- multiple students (7) with cocaine overdoses at Providence College over the weekend. The earlier reports said that 4 unconscious students were found on the lawn of the house and 3 more were brought out from inside the house. All got Narcan and were transported by EMS and hospitalized. Seems worthwhile to have a conversation with your kids and make sure they have access to Narcan.

This is horrifying. |
Agree. Incredibly lucky that someone had the sense to call 911. It doesn't sound like anyone had Narcan until the ambulances came. |
The use of Narcan suggests these are actually Opioid overdoses - meaning the cocaine they used was most likely tainted by fentanyl. Honestly, you have to be an ill-informed dumbass to use random coke from random people these days. Every parent needs to give their kids a little real world drug education today. This is an extremely dangerous time for experimentation. |
