Hope for a cold night.
Include a feather boa or cape to increase coverage.

I agree with this. If your girl has a chest or is bigger overall its not appropriate. If she is slim or small chest, its fine.

I understand why you are against them, but what are you going to do when she goes to college? All the college girls I know are wearing corsets as part of their costume.

Of course they are, look at the parents in this thread who think their girls from a young age should lead with as much of their bodies showing as possible. That’s what their daughter have to offer the world is their boobs, butts and stomachs so they should show as much skin as they can. When parents dont teach their daughters to value themselves and that being as clotheless as possible is what will get them noticed / attention then girls will follow that and boys will expect it. Kids are who you raise them to be. Boys don’t go around with only skimpy little underwear on covering basically nothing because they are taught their worth and value is in who they are - not in their bodies and looks.

Yeah give your 15 year old daughter body image and self esteem issues because of your own internalized misogyny. That will end well.

That doesn’t make it fine at 15

You’re legal at 18. In college you are an adult. You can present yourself provocatively. At 15, you are underage. You are a child in a child’s body.

Some corset princesses came by trick or treating. They looked cold. I felt very in the know thanks to this thread.
