Dishwashers use shockingly little water now. I don't think you should worry.
Live in a family of 4, including 1 child, but one person insists on only running when full. Its a major point of annoyance for me bc I would run everyday even though we only fill it 70% most days. I pick my battles bc I am otherwise v busy.
