38f and interested in kids is like rush delivery on 5 years a go deadline |
Didn't read the whole thread.
5'0 118, OP, are you a weightlifter or are you chunky? Younger women can get away with being a little plump because the skin looks nicer. |
If she works out and has a big @ss she looks like Mrs. Incredible. Which suits me just fine. Sounds fun. |
Which apps? Different apps have different vibes.
Are you in DC or the burbs? Slim pickings in the burbs. |
Sure, OP can date a woman. But if she wants a man, she has to attract a man. |
Hah.. the people in customer support on the dating site would have a laugh about that one. I wonder if they post up their best "I'm not getting matches, your site must be broken!" greatest hits on the wall in the office! |
"Open to children" at age 38? You need to make an honest Yes or No call |
I'm surprised she's not getting matches with guys angling for the package deal. |
That's a BMI of 23.0, same as OP's BMI. |
Guy here. Of my single guy friends in their 30s, none have ever said "If I get married, it will only be to a woman who already has kids." Men don't really have a big desire to pay to raise some other man's kid. Life may end up that way, but they dont' seek it out. |
I am surprised OP. All a woman has to do is say she is a woman and a bunch of men will show up. |
Make a new profile. After a few days your existing profile is matched with similar profile- ie no or little matches. |
To OP: I have only read a few posts in this thread, but the issue is your age.
I know about a dozen single men in the DC area who are in their late 30s none of whm would consider a serious relationship with a female above her early 30s. Sad, but true. |
OP, if you get your BMI down to 20 and get better pics you will get plenty of interest. Sorry to say it, but I get way more attention from men with a BMI of 19 than I got when I had a BMI of 23. They are so shallow. |
Maybe. Or: "Being fat is so important to me that I refuse to slim down to be more attractive." Okay. Your call I guess. |
