As a 5’8 white woman - my best relationship post divorce was with a 5’8 divorced Asian man. He had wide shoulders great core and medium D. Had multiple degrees and was just all around brilliant

At 5’0” you have a real advantage in you can date men that are much shorter than the average height woman would consider. Why compete with all single women especially when you will be at a disadvantage for the failed marriage? If you lowered your height range to 5’6” you could probably find someone decent and they would still be way taller than you. Also a lot of tall men do not like women your height. My brother is 6’2” and thinks that too much of a height difference looks weird and is inconvenient in other ways.

I never had that issue as a 5ft woman. It's always been tall men over 6ft who ogled me. Even at 43 it happens but maybe that's the nice thing about being petite. You appear younger.

This guy just summed up the frustrations that a lot of us are sharing. But is it cynical of me to say that women think they deserve a guy that MUST tick all their boxes else they will never be thankful?
