What's the best way to avoid these stupid police checkpoints?

Just your license.

What is the point of all then? Is the National emergency a huge rash of drivers without licenses?

If you are a White American, it's your job to heckle the fools.

Yes everyone(not just the driver) has to show ID and proof of citizenship. A real ID is not proof of citizenship. You also have to give a reason why you are traveling- where you are going, who you are meeting, where you are coming from, address of employer, etc. They can impounded your car and take your phone if ICE or Customs and Border Protection (CBP).

Is this legal?

No, and you can refuse. Look up You Tube videos on it.

+1 - we need a city of political operatives to learn how to defeat this because they are going to need to teach the rest of us in the coming years.

So in DC now we have to travel with papers. We are truly in a Gestapo state.

If you’re driving a car, it’s not unreasonable to assume you’d have your drivers license, registration, and proof of insurance with you.

What is unreasonable about that?

Have you heard of the 4th Amendment?

The word is out, they have checkpoints at the DC line. Stopping cars coming into DC from Maryland and Virginia. They are doing this because a lot of the people committing the crimes are Maryland and Virginia residents. A lot of the kids are from there.

Most successful political operatives don’t actually live in DC. Now, a lot of political ACTIVISTS live on DC. But, after years of failed crime policies, the normies have started to overtake the activists. These things tend to cyclical. Eventually, the normies will let their guards down again and return kids activities and church/family. Then, the activists can start to do crazy stuff again.

They are going to stop metro trains and people will have to show their proof of US citizenship.

If you refuse you are guilty and will be arrested. Hope you are not doing anything for 4-5 days.

How do I find out where the checkpoints are? Do they move every day?

The PP said "if you are driving a car" and he/she is correct. You do have to provide DL, Registration and proof of insurance during a traffic stop. That has been long established and isn't subject to 4th amendment.

There were some hecklers in Navy Yard yesterday. They were drinking wine at Maman and looked to be having a great time. I gave them a thumbs up, but had to get back to work.

Are you stupid?
Do you not read?

There is no National Emergency except in MAGA's head.

Imagine still worshipping a man who cancels cancer research (not like he hasn't stolen millions from St Judes), the guy is causing 6 million jobs to be eliminated hello unemployment and great depression, gutting food safety, slashing healthcare all while building himself a $200 million ballroom so he and his sycophants can inject more filler into their face all while taking away all your rights to vote ever again.. What I just wrote is the "National Emergency "

Oh yes it is. The 4th Amendment has not been stuck down yet.
