No. Most chaperones don’t do that. You should probably know if you have a chaperone like that before you agreed to send your kid.

DD just got back from Corolla and had a blast! 24 in the house with no issues but a ton of fun!

We're all terribly impressed. I'm sure they had a blast sitting on the beach and in the upscale house since a bunch of 18 yos can't go to bars and there's not much else to do in Corolla. Now, I'd love to hear someone from hellholes like Myrtle Beach, OC, VA Beach.

Our chaperones buy beer and seltzer. No hard liquor. That is contrary to the contract the kids sign with the chaperones.

Dont love it, but better than alternative.

The chaperones for our house did not buy any alcohol and did call a parent about the behavior of one occupant.
