The deadline forcing people to respond today has been paused.

Delayed until Monday, when the judge has scheduled another hearing. Judge wants to review the merits of the case over the weekend.

Judge will very likely issue a permanent TRO on Monday. The plaintiffs strongly argue multiple violations of law by the Fork program and OPM.

Now that Bondi is in they should stop frivolous litigations like this as they cost tax payers a lot of money

Explain how this is frivolous and what part of the Constitution allows her to stop litigation.

I think some people think DOJ = judges

If anything, this entire debacle has shown how little kids are learning in schools about the 3 branches of government.

Public schools don’t teach anymore. It’s just DEI nonsense!

Are you stupid? The problem is that people CANNOT make informed decision because Doge offer doesn’t provide the necessary information. Or are you dumb enough to suggest that people should be free to take risks of an UNINFORMED decision?

The federal judge in the birthright citizenship case gave a little warning to DOJ attorneys by asking what kind of law grad would affirm they were making non frivolous arguments about that case. It's a hint that eventually judges are going to grow so weary of this crap that they will threaten to refer egregious DOJ lawyers to their bar.

Whoa! Was this verbal or in writing? I love a good benchslap, would like to track this down.

Actually yes, people should be free to make their own decisions. No one is being forced to take the fork.

Are the unions litigating all of USAID being placed on admin leave? And all the DEI roles? Violations of the telework CBAs? There are bigger problems.

Maybe fun, but not the plea at 11:48; the threat at 11:37; the “reminder” at 11:21; the “u up?” At 11; the “time is running out” at 10:45, the “psssttt… just hit reply” at 10:15; the “its 10pm, did you remember to email OPM?” Email….

I’m tired, add more

"It's 10pm. Do you know where your Fork email is?"

"A-one, a-two, a-three, CRUUUNCH. Three. Three more weeks!"

Dum dum dum dum, dum da dum,"1-877-Fork-4-Feds, F-O-R-K, Fork-4-Feds."

A sh*t ton of lawyers in Trumps election lawsuits were disciplined. And I think 1 or 2 disbarred. It makes me feel terrible for DOJ. One of the first things Bondi did was send out notice that refusing to sign briefs with this crap or appear in Court to defend the Trump admin on anything would be disciplined/ terminated.

And be for the “but they work for the DOJ/Trump” people come at me, a lawyer signing a brief is making a personal representation of good faith, true to the best of their knowledge, non-frivolous, etc. and will lose their personal law license or be subject to personal discipline. Ethically, they are supposed to resign rather than sign this crap. I really do feel terrible for them.
