NP. So you’re new money, eh?

Better new money than a no money poseur on dcum getting little dopamine hits by living in an “old money” fantasy world constructed in their head.

Oh, I’m not pretending to be old money. I just realize, like most people, that anyone who covers themselves in logos like LV and Chanel are trashy strivers.

Got it. But not striving like calling people “new money” as if it’s an insult??

Thank you. I'm so sick of the old money/new money discourse. People constantly posting "old money would never do this" like I give a shit what some inbreds who lost all their money during the stock market crash think. (And it's never for anything obviously old money or new money either. Last week you b itches told me that being in Junior League was new money. I just joined in my 20s to make friends ffs.)

"New money screams, old money whispers." And no money is quibbling over new and old money on an anonymous mommy board.

Any store anywhere selling Trump crap.

Isn’t it time for you to start the thread: “Now that Trump’s been re-elected, when are you leaving the country?”

I’m getting fed up with stores that put stuff behind locked plexiglass (CVS, Target). They don’t have enough staff to come unlock it for you.

I will go to hobby lobby to look around but never buy,not because they don’t carry anything for Hanukkah but because it’s tacky dreck.

I’ll add subway, WaWa, fast food anything, food lion, 5 guys, food trucks, food courts, buffets.

My local one has a full section of that.

Regarding Bucc-es...I mean I would not travel specifically to one, but if I pass it and need gas/bathroom, of course I'll stop. The bathrooms are spotless. I can see grabbing a tshirt or something but I don't understand some of the stuff they sell. I'm traveling by car. Where am I going to put a $700 bbq smoker in my trunk?

Are you a Trump supporter? Are you going to be celebrating the fourth of Trump in 2025 if he is elected? Say goodbye to our Democracy then

You know that Wendy's mascot is a ginger? Surely, that's enough for anyone.

Anonymous wrote:Walmart. I just can't. I went the other day and it was as bad as ever and I had to walk out. People randomly standing everywhere not doing anything, empty shelves, merchandise all over the place, people in various states of undress (pajamas, bras only on top, pants falling down), kids running everywhere, babies screaming. I don't understand the dysfunction of both the place and the people there. I shop all over the city and never see anything like that at the grocery store, Target, restaurants (even fast food restaurants). Also, their clothing is horrible. Target has much better clothing (albeit dubious style choices).

To be clear, I don't think people shop at Walmart because they enjoy the ambiance...

I won't buy make up, toiletries, or cosmetics that test on animals. I've been that way for decades and it used to be a lot harder to find options, and I'm very loyal to the brands that were available 30 years ago, but now it's a lot easier. But that's about the only line I draw.
