You'll need to avoid Delmarva to avoid chicken farms. |
I would put Florida on the list of restaurants and stores that I will not shop at. The exception is Disney, because I have kids and it's unlike, politically/socially, the rest of the state. This feeling started as a bit of a political thing, but before people get exercised about that, I've realized it's not the politician or party, it's the fact that Florida has gotten so aggressively weird that it allows for certain politics and politicians. The last couple of years it's just been unenjoyable—there's crazy political signs, really aggressively political people, guns everywhere... it's like the Florida Man meme came to life and then doubled down. Miami is still Miami, but i don't do enough coke to be able to handle that city very often. |
LOVE Walmart! |
| I will never visit California so long as I live. |
OK. |
So what WON'T you visit then? |
|
Penzy's Spices.
Won't buy anything from them ever since it turned out their CEO/owner is a wacko left wing progressive who openly insulted many of his consumers to the point he had to ask for donations to keep the business alive. |
never heard of it. sounds like it's not hard to avoid. |
|
The Trek Store.
They support the racists police. |
Nah, Trek is great. Cool bikes, cool people. |
| I try to avoid all white-owned businesses. |

I love Penzey’s and shop there all the time. I support the owner’s views. It sounds like PP isn’t the kind of customer that the company wants anyway. PP probably wants a bland, unspicy, boring world. |
Nope. Cops use Trek bikes as weapons against peaceful civil rights protesters: https://www.theverge.com/2020/6/12/21284263/bicycle-police-brutality-protest-black-lives-matter-trek-fuji |
Ones supporting oppression, whether its genocide, child labor, low wage, dangerous working conditions, racism, sexism, etc. Ones selling unhealthy food products. |
