Yes, and they were married and divorced. He was also married and divorced from his second and third wives as well. PP P stated that because the Catholic Church does not recognize Scientologist marriages, TC has no ex-wives. Catholic church does not dictate who or who isn't legally married in the USA. I'm sure the divorce lawyers and courts deemed all those marriages legitimate.

You are misconstruing the pp's comment. The pp was explaining that NK was not considered married because she didn't get married in the church. This is correct. I got married by a civil officiant and divorced. When I remarried in the church and asked the priest if I needed an annulment for the first, he explained that it was unnecessary bc the church did not considered me to have been married. This doesn't change the legal facts, but the church views marriage as religious and doesn't factor in legal issues.

It doesn't matter what any particular church or religion deems a "real' marriage. If there is an official legal marriage certificate issued, a couple is married. If they get a divorce, they are divorced.

Also it's called an auditing session ++ what Scientologists do

I'm sure Nicole Kidman loves her children very much, and when they ever are able to get out of Scientology, she will be there for them.. She may have helped Katie Holmes escape, for all we know

Katie must have damning evidence to win sole custody. Like perhaps parental
alienating of Nicole was proof that co parenting would be impossible.
