This is good info- I would support that. If they redevelop the Walgreens site adjacent to the 66 exit ramp and put a stormwater management facility at the corner to replace the pawn shop, that would be a GOOD thing for the community. As long as the facility is sufficient to mitigate current and future flooding of course. So then it will be years before the Lyon Village shopping center is redeveloped. Something will go there, hopefully a grocery store. The old Giant was gross but busy enough.

This is great news, especially since the other Sprouts locations are nowhere near Arlington. If the luxury apartments across the way actually get built and an organic grocer (any organic grocer) goes into the old Giant space, all will be well. I would love the pawn shop to also go away. Anyone know anything about that parcel?
