If they redevelop the Walgreens site adjacent to the 66 exit ramp and put a stormwater management facility at the corner to replace the pawn shop, that would be a GOOD thing for the community. As long as the facility is sufficient to mitigate current and future flooding of course. So then it will be years before the Lyon Village shopping center is redeveloped. Something will go there, hopefully a grocery store. The old Giant was gross but busy enough. [/quote]
