After The Washington Post broke the Beidleman sexual harassment story in August, Superintendent Monifa McKnight announced a "Framework for Change" which included:

While we work to develop a full comprehensive plan, action in nine key areas will be initiated over the next 60 days and will be informed by: Communities of Practice: Panels of experts who will come together to recommend specific actions MCPS must take in the key areas listed below to form a comprehensive corrective action plan.

In the October 2023 Action Plan Update, Superintendent McKnight announced members to the Community of Practice Workgroup.

Included in the list of members of the workgroup are former Damascus High School principal Casey Crouse ($9.7M settlement) and former Gaithersburg High School principal Christine Handy ($4M jury verdict).

When special people mess up on a not so important issues like violence and the response is to fire teachers willy nilly who had no idea what's going on and give the incompetent one a raise and and a promotion.

This is in the Jackson Lewis Report: "Separate and apart from the present investigation, Jackson Lewis was engaged to investigate allegations of sexual harassment, discrimination, bullying and other misconduct against Employee 25 pursuant to Title IX and/or MCPS policies. On August 28, 2023, the Board informed us that Jackson Lewis would not conduct that investigation."

Where's that report? Seems like taxpayers are missing that.

"The second Maryland Safe Schools Tip Line anonymous complaint was received on May 6, 2022. The anonymous complainant alleged that Employee 25 (JB) sexually harassed by making comments about being and making comments about sex life. Link in the report, and have columns for person #, person, certainty, most recent position, date of hire, date of leaving/status, and then notes columns for connections in report, connections in MCPS in August, previous MCPS connections, and general employment history. A lot of that is public from LinkedIn or MCPS Twitter. It would make it easier for people to help fill in gaps for you.

If one attaches this, couldn't it be traced to the person who has attached it?

Make a throwaway Google account, in drive make a new Google sheets file, then copy-paste the data in. Set the share permissions to anyone with the link can view. That’s as anonymous as this board.

What it really comes down to is the social studies teacher that filed sexual harassment complaints and is now suing him and the school board. The county can’t go off of anonymous complaints as those could be made up from anyone. They can be investigated but with no real facts it can’t be determined if it’s true or not. What will be interesting to see is if the complaint from the social studies teacher follows through seeing as though she sent him nude pics and continued to attend every social event after school hours.
