Indeed. Does the whining ever stop? |
Durham wasn't under a cloud of suspicion? His entire appointment was a smokecreen and people like you slopped it up. Wake up. There is no "hunter biden" story...it is no different than Bengazi, emails and all of the other outrages that turned out to be nothingburgers. |
The GOP called for Weiss to be elevated to Special Counsel. Garland complied and the right is still complaining. It is a shaggy dog with you people. |
He won't be acquitted because he ultimately won't even be charged. And Weiss, in his summary document, will be able to outline the forensic accounting of Hinters dealings, the origination story and lack of chain of custody for the "laptop," the reiteration of the whole Burisma story, the lack of any evidence of money trail to Joe "the Big Guy" Biden as well as the further exposure of the lies from the GOP, the "whistleblowers" and Mr. Archer and his dealings. There is a reason the like of Comer and Jordan are upset...they know the gig is up and they won't be able to stop it. |
That was a year ago--there may have been some who called for it more recently, but the clamor was a year ago. That was BEFORE the Oversight Committee began to find so much troubling evidence. To appoint the SC now--when the plea agreement failed because of an astute judge, indicates that this will put the "investigation" behind closed doors and suppress the story. My prediction: Joe will not run but will pardon Hunter or arrange for his Dem successor to pardon him. |
The evidence is only troubling if you listen to the people who have been lying to you for years. If you actually look at and read critically what is being presented, it is not even close to enough to be prosecutable or actionable. |
Hunter didn’t set up those she’ll companies to funnel cash to the “Big Guy” for no reason. And what person who spends their entire life in public service has the means to buy a beach house, classic cars, and maintain an expensive primary residence? Don’t offer some malarkey about book deals. Nobody is that interested in Joe Biden. |
Let us know when "the Big Guy" and his family rake in more than $2 bill. from foreign nations with which they have had contact while in office. Also, let us know when "the Big Guy" charges the SS to stay at his properties and hosts representatives of foreign governments at his DC hotel. |
Well he earned 16.5 million dollars on book deals and speeches after he left the White House in 2016. As to the beach house, you’re being disingenuous at best. There are government employees in DC earning far less than Biden with a Delaware beach house. And his house was purchased well before the markup in the housing industry. https://www.businessinsider.com/bidens-earned-156-million-from-book-deals-speeches-since-2017-2019-7?amp |

Aren’t most politicians raking in money from book deals and speaking engagements?
Isn’t it a legal way to funnel campaign funds to candidates? PAC’s buy all the books. Money goes to politician in round about legal way. PAC’s schedule speeches and pay stupidly fees. This is a separate conversation. |
Was some of that from the UPENN deal that included China donations? |
Posted several times in other threads, but 1) he bought the dupont mansion in wilmington for a song because it was totally in disrepair and he spent 30 years getting it up to snuff, and then sold it when he was finishing his public service as VP, he bought another house and also signed a book deal, which between the two, gave him the means to buy the then 1.5 million dollar beach house (now probably worth about 4 million) - he also had speaking engagements. All of this was reported in his taxes, which are online, if you care to read them. Do you know what isn't in his taxes? Any proceeds from said LLCs because why? He wasn't involved with them. |
Save your breath, PP. The RWNJs were also incensed when the Obamas bought a much more expensive beach house and a pricy house in Kalorama DC. I read posts here and elsewhere questioning where that money came from, even though it's clear it came from book and Netflix deals and speaking engagements. Apparently any GOP pol who's wealthy has clean hands, but a wealthy Dem pol made the money in some illegal or unethical way. |
What does this expression mean? That it is a shaggy dog? TYIA! |
