Special counsel is supposed to be "outside" government. Weiss is not. 2. This is a day late and a dollar short. Statute of limitations is almost up. Stall tactic.
+1000 All they need is a good forensic account to put the dots together. But it might be too late to unravel all the transactions.
Ultimately, there were no transactions to Joe Biden. His income and reporting is fully accounted for, unless you believe he was committing tax fraud on the eve of his presidency.
Really? According to who?
According to his publicly available tax filings that go back several decades.
Um, maybe he didn’t report that income?
Yes. That’s very likely. People with lifetime careers in public service and scrutinized tax records are known to do that 🙄
Hunter didn’t set up those she’ll companies to funnel cash to the “Big Guy” for no reason. And what person who spends their entire life in public service has the means to buy a beach house, classic cars, and maintain an expensive primary residence? Don’t offer some malarkey about book deals. Nobody is that interested in Joe Biden.
Posted several times in other threads, but 1) he bought the dupont mansion in wilmington for a song because it was totally in disrepair and he spent 30 years getting it up to snuff, and then sold it when he was finishing his public service as VP, he bought another house and also signed a book deal, which between the two, gave him the means to buy the then 1.5 million dollar beach house (now probably worth about 4 million) - he also had speaking engagements. All of this was reported in his taxes, which are online, if you care to read them. Do you know what isn't in his taxes? Any proceeds from said LLCs because why? He wasn't involved with them.
Save your breath, PP. The RWNJs were also incensed when the Obamas bought a much more expensive beach house and a pricy house in Kalorama DC. I read posts here and elsewhere questioning where that money came from, even though it's clear it came from book and Netflix deals and speaking engagements. Apparently any GOP pol who's wealthy has clean hands, but a wealthy Dem pol made the money in some illegal or unethical way.
