How is the deception pathological? It looks more like self-protection, and accurately so, given how her bf reacted and how many people on this thread are reacting.

My friend, a woman in her early 40s supplements her income with OF to the tune of $10,000 a month. Make no mistake, it's a lot of work and hours.
