Yup. Psychological. She craves the sexual attention of strangers.

The pathological part is the lying and hiding, which suggests that it’s compulsive behavior. She hasn’t worked out healthier ways to channel that need which is a maturity issue. It is probably pretty common for teens to go through a stage where getting sexual attention is a focus in their lives. But most people eventually figure out how to channel that need for social approval into something a little more constructive, like a career. People who don’t figure out how to do that will have to reckon with it at some point, likely at midlife.[/quote]
