I don’t know, look it up. However, if you think her lawyers haven’t tried to dismiss this case using every argument under the sun already, you are naive. It hasn’t been dismissed. There are clearly legal questions to be decided.

This explains a lot. I was at the Gallaria Wednesday night and there were about 5-6 police cars with lights on in the garage near there and several more looping the parking lot.
