This is a defamation case, no? Then the elements include whether the article included false facts about Depp, and if so, then loss of income would go to the damages element.

I was watching a CourtTV livestream last night just wrapping up the trial so far and they played clips of Heard’s 2016 deposition, which I had never seen before. Yikes. She comes off incredibly aggressive, hostile and a little nuts. She’s describing how she believed Johnny was going to shove her sister down the stairs (and that’s why Amber punched him because she would have done ANYTHING to save her precious sister who has never hurt ANYONE and doesn’t DESERVE this) and it was not believable, imo. At all. Her overdramatics certainly haven’t been exaggerated by Depp’s side, that’s for sure. Her attorneys are going to have to coach her up hard.
