I wanted to believe her but nah-she was clearly abusive and he is a mess. I predict he wins.

What was the abuse? Haven’t been following.

She’s not on trial for being abusive. The matter is whether her op-Ed caused him to lose work

And whether the op Ed she wrote was defamatory. So her being bad back wouldn't actually make anything she wrote false.

I don't really see how her donations have anything to do with it. It's clear Depp is trying to ruin her.

I don't like Heard by any means but I'm disgusted by this whole circus on what should be an extremely narrow issue. I think both of them are terrible and dragging the court and jurors if Fairfax County into it is gross.

It' shows that she's not a credible witness, so her claims are questionable.
Wearing a makeup brand that didn't exist at the time, to cover bruises? Having PTSD, when all the testing showed that she doesn't and that she exaggerated her symptoms, etc.

Debatable.
Or to quote his agent: "My opinion about Johnny Depp is that he is one of the finest actor of his generation."

Do you think that agent would actually work again if he badmouthed his client or said something less obsequious at trial? "Oh no your honor, this particular client was a piece of sh!t and I'm not afraid to say so." -- say that and what are your other clients going to think about your sense of loyalty?

I see that you weren't watching - he's a former agent to both Johnny Depp and Amber Heard. He's not friends with either of them anymore.
He was a very good witness who understands finesses of the film industry more than an average person or people who practice law.

There was nothing calculating in praising Johnny's work, when millions of people think the same.

If you see an agent badmouthing a former client on camera to America, NOBODY will hire that agent because they will badmouth you too! Duh!!!

You will never convince the sad little fangirl to see reason.

Christian Carino didn't need to badmouth anyone, he just answered some questions. Glad you think Amber didn't sound so great in these answers.

Let's see if Miley Cyrus, Justin Bieber, Harry Styles, Christina Aguilera, Jennifer Lopez and Simon Cowell drop him or even his own agency

Johnny Depp is BY FAR the bigger star with the more expansive set of connections. And frankly, who, in the aftermath of this, has the highest earnings potential. If he pulls it back together, he turns back into a MAJOR MOVIE STAR. She has likely achieved the level of fame she is destined for.

The fact that his agent picked him in this is actually proof that his career is only ruined if he lets it be.

Trial courts often do not conduct trials on Fridays so they have a day to schedule hearings and do other work on other pending cases.
