I keep some ground chicken in the fridge and when I get hungry I make little patties and eat them with barbecue sauce. |
| Oatmeal. Only oatmeal. |

Beans! They’re cheap, filling, and can be prepared many different ways. Chili, tacos, burritos, in soups, Cajun red beans and rice, etc.
Also, grilled chicken or salmon. For a tv-watching snack, I like popcorn, raw veggies and dip, or cheese and crackers. |

Avocados

Variety of food groups. I try to do a whole grain/complex
High fiber carb, a protein, heathy fats with each meal- plus lots of fruits and vegetables. I like my sweets so I make sure to include sweet things since they are satisfying. Real dark chocolate, Greek yogurt with honey drizzled, or medjool dates are my favorite sweet snacks |
| Steel cut oatmeal. Sometimes I make it with egg ( like kasha) to add protein, and to make the texture lighter. I’ll do various add-ins like peanut butter, raisins, or chocolate chips, or granola, or even shredded cheese, but it’s more filling without the add-ins. |
| Do you know about the very gimicky sounding miracle noodles? I make a soup with them and bone broth, top with veggies and herbs. So delicious and very filling. |
