Ia ALWAYS hungry for volume. Veggies and air popped popcorn are the only high volume, healthy foods I know of. Are there others?

I need a combination of bulk + protein/fat. The bulk makes me feel satisfied right away, the protein/fat makes the feeling last.

Like if I ONLY eat a hard boiled egg or piece of cheese, I won't feel full. But if I only eat a piece of toast or bowl of plain popcorn, I'll be starving (even shaky and weak) in 2 hours.

So, my go-tos are:
- Cheese slices with triscuits or wheat thins
- popcorn and a handful of nuts
- bagel with cream
- yogurt or cottage cheese with fresh fruit
- rice and beans

What do you use it with?

I buy it at Giant and Sprinkle it on popcorn. BUT, even better, is Everything But the Bagel sprinkled on popcorn.

Not understanding why everyone is recommending cheese, which my former WW leader said is a "sometimes food." Definitely no cheese on my current diet.

Fairlife protein shake.

I have started low carb recently and I find that I have significantly less hunger throughout the day. So I eat mainly protein (a lot of chicken & eggs) and vegetables but it does fill me up.
