Me too. |

I eat a lot of the healthy foods suggested here but don't find any of them particularly filling.
I just accept that I eat more (and more often) than some people. I don't have any issues with weight gain if I stick to healthy options. |

Amazed by all of the oatmeal responses.
I make steel cut and add raisins or cranberries, and I'm always hungry before lunch. |
Add nuts and chia seeds |
NP, but nuts also make me ravenous. Even whole grains like oatmeal just kick my carb cravings into overdrive. I’m jealous of the oatmeal posters, because I love oatmeal. The only things that truly satiate me are eggs, meat/fish, and full-fat yogurt (the lactose doesn’t trigger cravings). |
Yeah oatmeal apparently has one of the highest satiety ratings but it doesn’t fill me up at all. Potatoes do though. |

Lentil soup.
Or any type of pureed veggie soup - you can eat and eat, and not feel bad about it at all. I just had pureed squash, sweet potato and carrot soup. Two servings. Totally satisfied. |
| Bagel. |
| Tons of steamed broccoli and roasted asparagus with chicken breast is my go to lunch full until 8 but I usually skip dinner |
| Black coffee kills hunger |
