The Duggars are really falling afoul of the law this Christmas season.

Jana Duggar has been charged with endangering the welfare of a child in Arkansas.

The reality TV star has been charged with a misdemeanor charge, an Elms Springs district clerk confirmed. The local county clerk confirmed she was cited on September 9, 2021.

An Elm Springs district clerk confirmed that she has entered a plea deal and is expected to appear in the Washington County District Court on January 10.

If convicted, she could face 30-90 days in jail behind bars or fines.

No. They probably left her to visit Josh in jail as a group and having hours long meetings with his lawyers as they discuss an appeal and calm the man baby down after his first two nights in prison.

If she was the only adult on scene at the compound (and she has younger siblings from Jim Bob/Michelle in the 10-12 age range), then she is the one legally responsible.

Damn. The youngest Duggar is now 12. She probably got stuck being the unpaid babysitter for Josh's kids when Anna was holed up with him somewhere.

Likely to be a lot more of that now that Anna will be the solo parent while Josh is in prison.

I wish Jana had the will or the ability to get her own life away from her parents.

Maybe she realized being the 'caregiver' for 10-year-old and two 12-year-olds would be easier than being the full-time SAHM to 6 babies-to-toddlers.

Honestly she had a pretty sweet set-up with Jim Bob/Michelle's 10,000 square foot house to herself most of the day. Probably had her own room for the first time in her life. She just didn't count on Josh f**king that up with going to prison for 20 years and dumping his clutch of 7 on her.
