Like telling the world about penis frostbite?

He told a story about telling his dad a story. And that his dad found the story amusing. His dad King Charles who is also famous for being recording saying he would like to be a tampon for his affair partner (aka Queen Camilla). This is not really dragging the monarchy down from its exalted state.

You got the story wrong. Charles never wished he was camilla's tampon. He said knowing his luck he would come back as her tampon. Big difference.

Charles-splaining much ?

Sorry your facts aren't correct. https://www.harpersbazaar.com/culture/film-tv/a41913184/tampongate-true-story-the-crown-season-5/

Chelsy and Cressida are rich heiresses, they had better options. It was not the Royal life, it was Harrold, he was an ass to both women.

IDK. Will also was keen to marry a blonde aristochick and dumped Kate multiple times to try to get with them, but they didn't want a Royal life and yes, had other options. Both boys were basically going to have to marry commoners who viewed the marriage as a big step up. I don't see Harrold as being an ass unless you apply the same to William who was roundly rejected.

He finally "did the right thing" after being told to shit or get off the pot.

There is zero comparison between a relationship over a decade between two same aged people who met at 20 and a quick let’s get mawwied relationship between a no-college-cheat halfwit and frigging late 30s divorcee. Try again.

This is exactly it. The rumor mill about William is BS. He is faithful and may I say just an ordinary dude who met his lifelong partner in College. It took her some time to see if it was the right fit for HER though she loved him she was t sure if she was ready for the life it entailed. Sure enough they are an amazing fit and have an incredible marriage and partnership of 20 plus years versus poor stupid Harold who was stalked and catfished by a grizzled divorcee who lies about her age and has been married at least once, it is rumored twice. He was a ripe mark indeed.
Yes, three years is a massive age difference. He’ll be changing her diapers when he’s barely legal to drink.

You’re being an idiot, which is obviously a from-birth condition for you. Harry’s inability to attract a stable relationship that could develop and mature is a known thing. He was a ripe mark. It’s not analogous to William and Kate. It’s not an accident that Harry was amenable to rushing into a relationship despite warnings from people who actually cared about him.

I doubt 99% of people posting here have any intention of buying it to support someone's fancy lifestyle. You can help an actual homeless eat a meal with that money.

Buying a memoir = supporting someone's fancy lifestyle . I'm loving the desperation . Too late .

People are often interested in reading celebrity gossip on internet but most aren't interested enough to read a book about or by them.

I absolutely will not but it, but will be happy to borrow it from the library next year if I remember it. It will still be trashy then. I just can’t give them a dollar.

Why would you borrow it from a library? So you're interested ,arent you ? one more thing : Your taxes pay for the library , so YOU are paying for it .

This is the dumbest argument on this thread yet. Congratulations.

Your taxes paid for the roads that took them to the airport to board their private planes, so YOU are paying for their lifestyle!

Yes I am. Hence , I'm not making idiotic comments like saying I won't buy but I'll get it from the public library . Sigh.

Just, no. Maybe you should read more books and learn how to use punctuation in addition to learning how to argue coherently. Do you even know where your nearest library is?

Nope. I don't owe you anything . I'm assuming you're a good writer or at least you consider yourself as such. Somehow, nobody is handing you seven figure checks to ghostwrite and, most importantly, you have no best seller to show for your so-called writing skills. Sucks to be you .

Is double spacing around punctuation your calling card? It's obvious which posts are yours. Will make it easier to just scroll past them from now on since you add nothing to this conversation. Sorry your hero Harry has been exposed for the buffoon he is and is a global laughingstock. Now run along and do your homework. Place closer attention in your English class.

Ugh. I hate that! I bet pp learned to do that in grad school, where they mastered in "marketing".

So much of the stuff is like stuff that happens in families. In laws don’t like or welcome the DIL. Arguments between SIls about dumb stuff. Dad liked you best. Disagreements about details of wedding stuff. Eh…big deal.

I don't see why they would need to. Everyone is doing the work for them. Seems like they are the winners in this.

I agree. The coverage has been exceedingly negative in all published sources - read the comments with each excerpt. The Taliban revelation has been regarded with serious alarm in multiple broadsheets.

I hope we can actually talk about the book and actual, linkable coverage of same and just report the posts attacking those who are putting in relevant comments. The coverage has been universally unflattering to Harry, so some posters who can’t accept that have been attacking. It’s pathetic and weird.

I wonder if Harry will put out is own statement distancing himself from this disaster saying things were taken out of context, misrepresented, unclear, etc. Will he take full responsibility or try to shift blame?

Only if public opinion turns against him.

My money is on a public announcement that he’s in a fancy wellness rehab dealing with exhaustion or some such in the next 6 months.

You know I think he does need help if all this stuff in the advances are his words. Something is very wrong. I am so troubled that no one told him he was going too far and he looks unsympathetic. His piling on loses most people and these are people who want to like him. There is no way his family takes him back after this. They will be afraid to be close enough for him to announce said conversation to the world. Before I thought he should go to coronation and now no. Total hypocrisy if he goes. You cannot say what he says about his family and then expect to attend.

This is hilarious! Are you on palace staff? Lol!

The whole world saw William string Waitie Katie along, in public and no doubt very hurtful manner. The state of their marriage seems pretty obvious when you look at the state of her body and face - she’s miserable. And the notion that William is the one dude in the aristocracy who doesn’t feel entitled to a piece on the side whenever he pleases is the most laughable bit in your post - there is no way on earth he hasn’t had his share.

He's never taken responsibility for anything. Ever. He's not going to start now.

So true. He's acting like a child.

Who are these posters who become so agitated and uncivilized to each other over a nothingburger?

This is all so sad and painful. Harry is probably going to regret it. He needs help.

That's what is so amusing about all this. Harry has been wanting to get "his side" out for awhile now and after all the anticipation... this is what he was dying to tell everyone? A bunch of nothing? Lip gloss? Bridezilla stuff? Singing seals?
Anonymous
His father and brother tried to caution him...he didn't listen to them.
