Today was a 5 mile run.

30 minutes HITT training with jump rope and speed rowing thrown and 15 minutes of kettle bells.

Painting the house for 5 hours. Can't wait to be done and have the energy to start working out again.

10.2 mile bike ride in 50 mins. Lots of hills too.

My lunchtime workouts this week: 45- min alternating intervals of cardio bursts and strength training on Monday. 40-min on the treadmill yesterday. Feeling my motivation waning today; might just walk a bit in the evening.
