What is Trump doing about this?

When he said that he was going to bring down the cost of eggs did he mean that they would no longer be available?

no eggs=no cost

This is an interesting development. Colombia said they wouldn’t take back their own citizens so Trump is enacting tariffs and other measures.

Personally, I think this is a great move. It is the responsibility of the host nation to repatriate their citizens. I do not understand why Colombia won’t welcome their own people back.

i might move there

I'm guessing you've never run the math on that idea.

They will be going back through naturalization paperwork with a fine tooth comb to look for any falsehoods or lies of omission. They will absolutely start denaturalizing anyone busted for a crime (think: DUI) or previously on probation for a minor crime (think: shoplifting).

I wouldn’t even get a speeding ticket these next four years if I was in a Red state.

Really, where did you hear this? Who are these people that have the time and resources to look through all that paperwork with a fine tooth comb?

Feeling and expressing concern over Trump's aggressive moves during the 1st week of his second term is valid concern. What you are suggesting is fear mongering and it isn't helpful.

It may not be "helpful" but it's valid. He has no restraint - and there are no guardrails. If you're not afraid, it's because either you like what he's doing - and somehow think you won't suffer any negative consequences - or you're so checked out that you can't bring yourself to think about it or worry.

getting accurate information is so hard because there are so many biased sources in america, ( some less than others ) which all tell different stories, thats where my fear mongering is coming from.
Anonymous wrote:Trump loves Andrew Jackson. AJ defined government efficiency as the speed at which he could turn his will into agency action. Efficiency had nothing to do with saving money. To create efficiency, AJ fired much of the existing agency leadership and replaced it with loyalists, a move called the spoils system because the new bureaucrats became subject to political and pecuniary corruption. Is this where Trump is headed with his actions toward the bureaucracy?

so a system that gives loyalists to the government more riches and fails to care about its people? sounds like my home country!

I do not think this is the way to go. If you get picked up you will be deported without a trial. They will ask your passport.

i truly dont know what might happen, this administration is so unpredictable, in a bad way.

You should be ok. But don't commit any crimes, or get accused of committing any crimes, or anything like that.

During the campaign this started as deport criminals illegal immigrants. Now it is deport all immigrants. So yes I would worry. I would also protect any assets you have. I could see any assets being confiscated by the government or being paid out to informers.

thank you
