Such a strange post like this is revenge for being a Trump state. Did you post the opposite when the virus swept through the blue NE? Perhaps you also missed the number of fatalities - 635. The weekly number has declined 11 straight weeks and is down 75% from it's peak. The tweet didn't mention fatalities in the U.S. have now gone below the weekly historical average. These numbers published by the CDC show a different picture in stark contrast to those being pumped out by the states. It's hard to reconcile the CDC's hard numbers with the those of the states. This is government bumbling at its finest. |

That the fatality rate is decreasing shows that at least doctors and nurses can learn from the experiences of those who dealt with the virus before them. I wish we could say the same of the Republican governors of the states that now have huge, entirely preventable, outbreaks. |
