I disagree. I don’t think it’s fear of Hamas driving people to protest . I think it’s global sympathy. Americans love a bandwagon and hashtag activism so for some it’s probably just as simple as that. Some are anti Semites. Not arming the Israelis. Not even negotiating getting more aid into Gaza. I want to see us keep our obligations to our citizens and, I can’t repeat this enough, especially American children. We already failed the one in Chicago.

And then, as I said, if there’s criminal charges to be made they can be extradited and tried and receive due process. Which isn’t this.

I agree that academia is very left wing. But, I also think that the pro-Palestinian groups are more vocal, but not the majority.
I do blame our education system for the pitiful schooling our youth has received WRT Israel and the Middle East.
When we have our youth actually supporting terrorists with their rhetoric, our education system has failed.

If they do, Israel would bomb the crossing again then go a bit further and accidentally bomb a nearby target in Egypt saying it was to bomb Hamas bunkers. The Egyptians know this.
